As a kid, my sister and I were constantly "rearranging" our bedrooms. We would move our beds around, the dressers, reposition the rugs, and move art (usually homemade) around the walls. I loved taking everything out of the dresser and off the top, laying it out on the bed, and sizing up what I loved the most. I would put things back in a way that felt all brand new, different, FRESH! 

That never left me.  Over the 20+ years as a real estate broker in Chicago, I have loved helping clients and friends move things around or suggest  a certain chair be moved into a different room, or pull something out they thought they hated that they later loved!  People appreciate when they have a new perspective on pieces they have had for awhile, that maybe they felt they hated.  Once I come in with my magic touch, people see their things in a new light. The declutter, the organization, it all makes them appreciate their things in a new light. This is pure joy for the client and of course for me.

 This has been a passion of mine for years. I can not tell you how many kitchen countertops  I have stood on and said "ok, what are we doing with all this mismatched Tupperware? Keep? Donate? throw?  Often people realize that when they pair down, their life becomes simplified.  Why? Because less is always more.  Now, this does not mean we have to toss everything in the garbage..but rather organize it in a way that we remove what no longer serves us, to be able to highlight our most precious items in a systematic way.

THIS is the mission of the daly sort.
